IOC PRESIDENT ANNOUNCES AID FOR FLOOD-HIT OLYMPIC CITY

IOC PRESIDENT THOMAS BACH TODAY ANNOUNCED USD 150,000 TO GO TO HELP THE CITY OF PYEONGCHANG, WHICH WAS BADLY HIT BY FLOODING EARLIER THIS MONTH. THE CITY WAS THE Center OF CELEBRATION DURING THE OLYMPIC WINTER GAMES PYEONGCHANG 2018.

In excess of 150 individuals have been left destitute after the tempests hit a low-lying territory in the city close to the PyeongChang 2018 central station and the Olympic Plaza. Taking all things together, in excess of 50 houses were influenced, leaving in excess of 70 families destitute.
